Winter conference bookings now open

Update: fully booked!

We are pleased to announce that bookings are now open for Theology for Life: a three day annual conference for both experienced Christian leaders and those training for ministry.

The goal of Crosslands’ Winter Conference is to develop firm foundations together and re-invigorate our understanding in core theological themes. We’ll explore how key truths should shape our lives, our teaching and the cultures we inhabit. With academic input from Crosslands faculty and other specialist contributors, the learning-community format will also include plenty of opportunity to reflect and apply with fellow learner-leaders.

Theology for Life takes place Thursday 1st – Saturday 3rd February 2024 in Newcastle upon Tyne, and we’d love to have you along.

Here is one attendee from last year reflecting on his experience at the Crosslands Winter Conference, and how what he learned made a difference in his context.

The conference is structured in three parts; you can choose to join any one part or attend the whole conference (choosing between parts A1 and A2).

Part A1: The Word made Flesh (Crosslands Seminary – suitable for all) – Thurs – Fri

Part A2: Interpreting Ecclesiastes (Lifelong Learning – assumes prior theological education) – Thurs – Fri

Part B: Developing a Cultural Imagination (Crosslands Forum – suitable for all) – Fri – Sat

The venue is Christ Church Newcastle, 7 Simonside Terrace, Newcastle upon Tyne NE6 5JX.
