Pastoral Ministry?

Are you considering theological education and pastoral ministry? Are you interested in ministry in the Republic of Ireland? Perhaps you are unsure of the next steps? Then this ‘Pastor in Training’ role might be right for you.

Practical Ministry Training

Get in-church training in handling the Bible, expository preaching, and preparing and leading Bible studies.

Experience being part of a leadership team that will equip you for future ministry. Receive consistent and constructive feedback that will help you to grow in both competence and character.

Formal Theological Training

We are recommending the Master in Theology course (part-time) which can be completed over 3 years at the Irish Baptist College.
