Youth Worker – Holy Trinity Gateshead

We are looking for a prayerful, passionate, and servant-hearted individual to support and grow our thriving Youth ministry.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve and support our growing youth ministry of 60+ 11-18 year olds.
• Disciple young people through faithful Bible teaching, encouraging them to grow in their knowledge and love of Jesus Christ.
• Work with the Assistant Minister (Families) to develop strategies for outreach among young people in the local area.
• Equip young people to share their faith and navigate the cultural challenges of following Jesus in today’s world.

Key Information

•  Start Date: September 2025 or by agreement.
• Application Deadline: 30^th June 2025.
• 40 hours per week.
• Salary: £25,396 – £26,208 p.a. depending on experience, plus generous pension contributions and reimbursement of ministry expenses.
• The role is for an initial period of 3 years.
