The local church is the primary setting for discipleship and formation of Christians. Crosslands is here to provide resources, advice and relationships that help church leaders and other ministries to create and sustain a culture of learning and formation. But everything we do depends on partnership with others.
What kind of partnership would you like to explore?
- Collaborating with Crosslands to develop and deliver a training programme

Collaborating with Crosslands to develop and deliver a training programme
Crosslands is currently partnering with hundreds of churches and a growing number of church networks and parachurch ministries to help them design and deliver training that meets the needs of their members and leaders.
We don’t simply impose our programmes or assume that one size fits all. We take time to help you define your vision for training and get clear on what you want to accomplish, with what kinds of learners. We then help you explore different ways you can make that vision a reality, using a range of resources that include but are not limited to what Crosslands can offer. We often work with our partners to help them create bespoke pathways or develop new materials that address specific needs for their ministry goals and context.
And then we work with you to make it all a reality. We can provide advice and resources for promoting training options and encouraging people to take part. We’ll help you handle the logistics of enrolling people onto courses. We can train your leaders in how to get study groups engaging, how to support learners to go deeper, and how to track and encourage learners’ progress. And we can help you with how to evaluate the impact of your training programme so you can keep refining and improving it.
Sometimes we can provide the help you need in a single conversation. In other cases you might be looking for a longer term, strategic partnership. Either way, we’re happy to explore.

Accessing discounts for training materials for a pioneering context
We provide all our training courses and resources at the most affordable prices possible. In some cases courses are already subsidised through generous gifts.
For our Seminary course a small bursary fund is available which students (those already registered on the programme) can apply to, and we offer a discount on Seminary fees for any church or ministry who have three or more. Get in touch with the Seminary team if you’d like to know more.
We know that there are still some contexts where the cost of our Foundation courses puts them beyond some people’s reach. If you are in one of these pioneering contexts and would like your church or ministry to be considered for a discount on Foundation courses, you can request that when you get in touch to set up a Foundation study group.
Supporting Crosslands through prayer and financial partnership
Could you partner with us to help invest in training beyond your local church? Whilst some churches have the capacity to fund or even deliver significant training and formation themselves, most are not as well resourced. Crosslands aims to provide training and resources as affordably as possible – but we don’t have the backing of any denomination or church network to fund our work.
Partnering with Crosslands financially will help us to remain sustainable so that we can continue to serve less well-resourced churches in the UK, Europe and beyond by helping to sustain our provision of excellent resources.

Understanding and responding to what churches and ministries need has been a significant influence on the way Crosslands has grown and developed. If you have a new idea or want to explore how to achieve something we haven’t thought of yet, we’d love to talk! We can’t promise to take on every idea or opportunity, but we’re certainly open to exploring the art of the possible!
